In our commercial litigation practice we represent corporations of various sizes and individual officers, directors and owners in disputes involving the breach and performance of contracts, shareholder disputes, and other general business and commercial matters. Our litigation partners have over 75 years of experience combined at the trial and appellate levels.

In our securities industry litigation and arbitration practice, we represent both large and small broker-dealers, registered representatives and, where appropriate, customers, in proceedings involving potential damages. We also represent both firms and employees in administrative and disciplinary proceedings before regulatory authorities. Our extensive experience in arbitration and administrative matters provides us with a keen insight as to the most effective manner to conduct each case.

In our transactional, securities and corporate practice, we provide advice, compliance and transactional assistance to a broad range of large and small public and privately-owned corporations and other business entities. Generally, we provide advice and services on such issues as business structure, capital formation, mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcy, business transactions and agreements, and stockholder and director matters. On a regular basis we negotiate and prepare shareholder and employment agreements, distribution, licensing and franchising agreements, acquisition agreements, and merger agreements.
